This palace is surrounded by a park, it looks like a three floor house but has an underground basement where there is the bicycle museum so is bigger than what is perceived from outside. This palace is very well kept, services ( lift, cloakroom, toilets, directions, safety measures). Entrance cost acceptable. Many schools visits, beware. The main three subjects :... More

What keeps me from giving this museum 5 stars is the fact that I expected more information on French industrialization, factories and the likes. Still, the collection of ribbons (along with the ribbon-making machines!), bicycles (mode of transport I absolutely adore) and objects used in the war was enough to keep one entertained. The 50-plus bikes displayed, spanning from early 19th century to present day along with components and ephemera... More

Three different floors each unique and very interesting. A history of Bicycles in the basement, Ribbons on the second floor and then pistols and other weapons on the top floor. Really enjoyed my time there and not busy!
