we came once with all the slopes green - only schools for kids were skiing, so we have spend several day walking around, and this was our favourite walk - great views of Megeve, very nice pictures...

The tourists visitor center provides a book that describes the various hikes in the area. This is a nice hike that offers a beautiful view of the city and mountains. Wear good hiking shoes, bring water, and wear a hat.

This is a very special walk, and I did it on Palm Sunday, which gave it a special significance. Not for buggies or the faint hearted, the uphill walk leads to a series of little chapels, with life size plaster figures inside depicting the stations...More

Stunning views and a unique curiosity. A fairly steep incline leads you up to a series of chapels & churches. Well worth the small detour from the centre of Megève.

Not a hard walk at all, easy to find in the village, lovely views and trees and chapels. In summer lovely, I imagine no less beautiful in winter. A 20 min walk maximum.

Megeve is beautiful. The Chemin du Calvaire is accessible from the town centre. The tourist office people were very friendly and provided a map and information. The trail is a short distance, a bit steep but not far and definitely worth the walk.
