Who would know this was there unless told by a local. Wonderful to explore, evidence of a past era. Just need to remember to respect the fact that it leads to private homes.

Incredibly joining different buildings, different styles of architecture. Some were closed and therefore we could not visit.

We did not do a specific tour of the traboules but our guide on our city walk included a few. Really interesting from an architectural and history point of view., The Resistance used them extensively.

The hotel is an amazing renovation of 15th century buildings right in the Vieux Lyon. The concierges are friendly and helpful. All the hotel staff are professional and exude an air of calm efficiency. The food is all delicious.

Hotel was fabulous. Rooms were quirky, the freshly baked Madeleine's on arrival delicious! Warm welcome on arrival and nothing too much trouble. The hotel has a team of the most professional concierges we have met on our travels for a long time. A true credit...More

Probably one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment the man in the street grabbed our bags and opened the door we were hooked. Both concierges were the best we have dealt with in decades of travelling and check in...More
