This garden was totally worth the climb up all the alley ways and stairs for the interesting plant life and the beautiful views. Eze is a must do on your list.

The steep climb to the top of medieval Eze village and the entrance to the gardens is well worth the effort. A maze of paths criss cross the gardens, planted mainly with exotic cacti, some of them huge. Along the way there are statues and...More

Breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, along with wonderful flowers, cactus, plants of all sorts! Wear your sneakers, it's an uphill climb on rocky paths and "steps". Bring your camera!

I would use gps (navigation). In Nice navigation can be a bit complex. You can park in close proximity of the old Town. There are signs where to park. You have to walk uphill a Little bit. As I remember it correctly it was... More

We will be driving around the French riviera. I am wondering if this is something that we need to book in advance, or will we be okay walking up to take a tour mid-day? Thanks!

You can get off at the Eze sur mer train station stop and catch the 83 bus from there, up the mountain.
