You need to go round the front of the Yacht Harbour to the western corner and then go through the car park to find it. We have been stopped and asked for help more than once. The Cruise ship visitors and those who arrive by sea from places such as St Tropez or Antibes are dropped off there and the other main purpose is to book trips to the Lerin Islands out in the bay. Entrance is just before the gates to the Heliport. The staff at the kiosks are most pleasant and helpful. The Open Top seafront bus has its terminus at the car park entrance although it's only a short walk really from the centre of town.

Very busy & interesting port. Lots to see here at the right time of year. Plenty of large luxury yachts, and also local ferry's available to get to the islands.

We were driving from Biarritz to Nice, so we only had a few hours to check out Cannes. Very nice city along the coast.

We had a jolly stroll one afternoon around the pontoons, admiring the various different yachts moored up and also dreaming which one we would buy.

Quite surprised that you could just walk onto the Quay where all these HUGE boats were moored. It was great to see them up close ..

Such a pleasant place to walk along - wide pavements and old Cannes in the background. Hard to imagine this was once a small fishing town. Some of the yachts are just huge. There are also delightful sailing yachts sitting amongst the plastic gin palaces.
