Rue Meynadier is a pedestrianised street linking the old town to the station area. There is real character in the range of shops there, where more up market shops run shoulders with places selling much more touristy items. Fun to experience. Worth a detour, but...More

We were on a brief visit to Cannes and we spent much of our time there, exploring the central part of the city on foot. The Rue Meynadier was one of the narrow streets which we spent some time in. It is a pedestrian only...More

Steps from the marina, this old city street oozes charm. Restaurants here offer prix fixes options but food quality is run of the mill. There a lots of cute shops as well.

Any trip along this street needs to include the cheese shop. It has been there forever and us a huge range of quality cheeses at reasonable prices. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Well worth a visit.
