Nice walk in the Suquet quarter in the old Cannes. Great point of view once you climbed the mount ! Enjoy !

A sneaky peep back in time, some lovely architecture, historic feel, away from the rich playground of newer Cannes. Much less busy than the promenade and shopping areas of Cannes. Enjoyed the old town.

We wandered around the old part. Plenty of interesting small shops with reasonable value. Lots of small eateries and looking at the food looked mainly authentic seafood was most popular. We tried some of the pastries available which were excellent.

Heard negative comments about this place before we travelled. Yes it is only one medium sized narrow winding street but it's a very intimate and romantic place to eat. If you are staying for a couple of nights there is plenty of choice for restaurants...More

Not the best view of the French Riviera, but it's a good view of Cannes. I prefer the Nice Castle Hill view. The trek up is not too bad. It's definitely one of the nicer things to do in Cannes.

Easily the nicest part of Cannes with its cave-like restaurants climbing up a hill. Lots of good eating places and very small bars with a very relaxed atmosphere. When the weather is warm it's a great place to sit outside and have a leisurely dinner....More

This narrow road is interesting, but it is nothing in compare to what France or European towns have to offer. But, since in Cannes it's worth a try but don't plan to spend much time in there. Try the gift shop, the owner is very...More

Although quite small, this older part of the town is quite picturesque with its narrow streets and little shops and restaurants. From the top you have a great view over Cannes.
