Very nice nature park and a must to see if you are in the region. We visited salt bassins and it's really interesting. In addition you can find a lot of animals (e.g. Flamingos)

We allocated almost half day to see this park and could not make all must-see-points, e.g. local museum, as we loved shallow sandy beaches there and spent good time. Still even while driving - car is a must - we enjoyed viewing various birds, bulls...More

Imagined the protected area a lot bigger than what I have experienced. Still beautiful, but modern life is taking slices out of the park. Looks more like a tourist attraction on a large scale.

Loved our drive thru the Carmargue. Glad we did a self drive because the highlights were easily seen. Signage was a bit of a challenge initially.

The Camargue is a huge wild area with lots of activities which is well worth a visit. It is a beautiful landscape with huge skies and lots of wildlife.

I had a car and there is no public transportation that I know of,you might see if you can get a tour or a car and driver because horse riding is available but the Flamingo's are in a different area from horse back... More
