We visited when there was less than an hour left before closing time. I was only interested in Van Gogh. We were herded through the Van Gogh portion quickly and left more time in the rest of the building. I was disappointed.

The only thing more amazing than standing in front of this master’s work is standing in front of Picasso’s work, too! Both were on exhibit and both collections were breathtaking. Just go!

a great building to house the works of many artists, but only a few my it's namesake who's famed "Yellow House", close to the railway station nearby, was destroyed by Allied bombs during WW2.

We lucked out to find a small exhibit based on the theme of the sun. In addition to Van Gogh paintings there was also Picasso art work and music and video recordings of the American musician Sun Ra.
