Aix is a beautiful town and there are lots of fountains to see. I don't know if I would veer out of my way intentionally to see this one. You may find it all on your own from wandering the streets as we did.

This fountain is in a small square/road crossing just a block down from Cours Mirabeau. It's a nice fountain and good for a short stop. Seeing the fountains of Aix is one reason to come here.

You could build yourself a quaint walking tour of Aix by planning to see all the fountains. There are many. They are varied, but blissfully consistently clean. Someone has the job of keeping them sparkling and it shows. So nice!

I find this fountain more interesting then the moss covered fountains that you see around town. The dolphins are cute.

It is near the Granet Museum. He is currently undergoing a slight restoration, and as shown in the picture, it does not work.
