At face value a zoo of plants does not sound very exciting but this is really quite an excellent place, much thought having been given to concept and planning. I initially thought that the children (aged 10 and 7) would find it quite a bore but this was far from the case as we had difficulty in getting them away.... More

Even if you aren't into plants this park is great to visit with children. The entry charge is quite high but then the only extras are food and the balloon ride (€3 each). Our 5 year old daughter reckoned this was the best visit of our holiday. We arrived at 12.30 and stayed until closing time and still didn't see... More

Have been to Terra Botanica a few times and it just gets better and better. You don't have to be mad about plants to enjoy it. There is so much there - 4D cinema, rides, gardens etc. you can easily spend a whole day there. The restaurant is very good for a theme park and the shops have different items... More

In terms of the flowering/growing season, the beginning of September marks the end of this period of plenty so it was with some trepidation that my wife and I paid a visit to Terra Botanica. I am pleased to say that we were absolutely delighted by what we found. Not only were there fewer visitors that we expected which gave... More

What an amazing and fun experience! We've spent a whole day at Terra Botanica and was sad to leave! The entrance fee is abt. 19 euros per adult, but the ticket includes all the activities inside: you have a hot air balloon rise, magician show, flower theater, 4D movie (and prepare, it's going to be a bumpy ride! ) a... Great place, a bit like Englands Eden Project, only better. This is a full day out. Entry not cheap (€21 per adult) but no extra expenses once you're in other than food/drink - which has no premium added for a captive audience - and balloon ride if weather permits (€3 per person, but it wasn't flying the day we went).... So much to see and do here....we didn't get it all done. Attention to detail is superb. All ages catered for we will definitely be going back. Finding the location and parking was very easy. Family ticket was very reasonable and great value, great facilities for families once inside. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

I went with a group of English people, mainly over 50's, and we had a great time. Loved the way knowledge was gained through things like 4D experiences,a boat ride, pedalo-style aerial ride, and an aerial balloon (regrettably not available on the day we visited, due to turbulent conditions above). Really good plant and tree specimens, it was extremely difficult... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Terra Botanica. It costs an additional 3 euro on the gate price to go on the balloon, and it's well worth it. Lots of activities and rides which is great particularly for up to 10 year olds. Definitely worth a visit.

Very nice place to discover nature and plants in a unternaining manner. Very well organized. Could not try the hit air balloon due to weather conditions but it looks fantastic.
