I was there in spring as everything was in full bloom. Also some great fountains and a memorial to some who gave all.

This was first port of call on my Navigator of the Seas cruise last year, it was slightly chilly but the fountains were lovely. I imagine in the summer with flowers in bloom it's a lot prettier.

The gardens are spacious and well designed, with water, flowers, trees and a monument for the WWII deportations. The whole is a nice 30 minutes visit on a sunny day.
