The park is very small (you can walk it in 15 minutes), but not only is it very well designed but it's also very well maintained. There a big green house with lots of exotic plants and trees, fountains and small ponds. Very restful.

Its not too big, good for family, easy to explore and it will be enough for a visit after breakfast in the morning :)

A green gem in a busy port. We took a picnic breakfast, as did others, and sat and absorbed the tranquillity. A great way to start our day!

A small beauuuuutiful park with a myriad of plants and amazing old trees which belonged to a former mayor of Cherbourg. A 10-minute walk from the pont tournant.

Cherbourg is a lovely little town but there is very little out of the ordinary to see as a tourist. However Parc Emmanuel Liais is a really pleasant little oasis in the centre of the town and is easily missed. I was lucky enough to...More
