We came here after walking past it in one of the cobbled streets. Its only 3.60 entry so well worth it for about an hour. There is a useful guide in English which gives a detailed insight into the history of the rooms in the...More

My wife & I decided to take in some culture while we were in Lille & visited this establishment. We were left pretty non plussed by the experience. Whilst obviously it historically is important to Lille it was not a great attraction for us.

Thoroughly enjoyed my walk through history. Well presented with interesting artifacts. Originally founded in the thirteenth century as a hospital and a hospice.

A real hidden gem, well worth a visit for say three hours maximum. Very close to the centre so convenient for anyone staying in the City.

Unfortunately because of a forthcoming art exhibition I could not see the chapel which I would guess is the highlight of the tour. The rest of the building/museum is very interesting and it is well worth paying for the audio guide as it gives the...More

While there are very few original items in this medieval hospital complex, the buildings contain some lovely elements such as tiles, interesting paintings and artifacts of various kinds. Don't miss the chapel which has a lovely ceiling. Since the last time we were here five...More

We were not sure whether to bother visiting this place, as the information about it online was not very descriptive and we didn't think there would be much to see. However, it was inexpensive and only around the corner from our hotel, so we thought...More
