This would be an easy stop to overlook but it is well worth the effort. You can wind your way on a gentle slope through the streets of Lourdes. The view at the top is breathtaking! But, my favorite part was the unexpected garden at...More

Six of us ladies hiked up to the Fort of Lourdes and I must say it was one of my favorite highlights of our trip. Do not miss the adventure. You can do this on your own. You do not need a guide.

Definitely recommend a visit if you are in Lourdes. The Chateau and the museum is impressive. The route is well-planned out. The views of Lourdes are stunning even on a rainy day. Allow up to 2 hours to see everything.
