A very well loved chapel in an interesting part of Limoge's old town. Close to Les Halles and the enemel studios it is nice to wander and enjoy the feeling of stepping back in time! The chapel has a very sincere feel and invokes prayer despite being in the City. If you like churches and winding old streets then go... More

Just pop in and enjoy this intricate chapelle - it is tiny and stunning. You need a 20 cent piece to illuminate the place. Shame about the block of flt behind it,spoiled the outside look

Chapel to the patron Saint of Butchers, cannot miss it while wandering around Butchers' quartier. Interesting design, worth looking inside and examining the sculpture out the front.

Not a grand Gothic edifice but a tiny chapel, obviously well loved and cared for by the people of Limoges, the chapel seems unchanged for the last half millennium. I felt I had walked back in time

Yes, Private for after the nationalisation of the church properties in the "Revolution" the Butchers of le Boucherie approached the committee and bought this tiny church of the Butchers saints, Saint Aurelian. Pay a coin to illuminate the alter background. You may even be tempted to buy a candle towards your next steak. Today there is just one decendant to... More

Lovely little church hidden away in the boucherie quarter. Worth seaking out as it's full of religious relics It has an unusual spire/tower
