Coming from England, a country without colour I am always drawn to places abroad that are. Here the narrow street cross cross the hillside with their tiny shops and bars. A great place to explore, away from the harbour.

A very nice quartier made of narrow streets that allow you to enjoy at any moment of the day. Probably the best moment is late in the afternoon when it is illuminated with the shops lights

Our family tried to go to Collioure for the day and arrived to find absolutely nowhere to park - it seemed to be heaving. Having a baby with us, parking out of town and walking in the 30+ degree heat was not an option so...More

A gorgeous little seaside village with little laneways filled with artists/galleries and brick a brac. Super busy with tourists, but you can avoid the crowds by taking the little back laneways. Here you will find a mix of speciality shops anchovies in all shapes, sizes...More

It’s a lovely little town with climbing narrow streets. They open up to the harbour that also used as the beach by the locals. Lovely colourful houses, little shops and restaurants. Good atmosphere but quite busy. The parking is difficult but well worth the visit.

This shopping area of winding lanes and charming shops enchants as does the whole town of Collioure. Wandering in and out of shops, sampling the local delicacies, and stopping for a bite to eat make for a wonderful time in this beautiful coastal town. Don't...More

Funny enough I felt a little bit of this area felt like Spain and a little bit like the Lanes in Brighton where I grew up. There is a vibrancy and variety of shops to make this a must see destination. The local shops have...More

Easy access from sea front and town. 'Spoilt for choice' for shopping in 'individual' shops. If you want large stores go to a big city.

Plenty of parking and room to wonder around in October. You can get into every restaurant and even the market isn't busy. Comfortable temperature to do things too. Mainly couples and very few families at this time of year. Very picturesque and a pleasure.
