We went to the factory/showroom at Grasse two days ago. Just stumbled upon the Paris shop whilst strolling , so I bought some hand cream for a friend. Same prices as the factory!! Thought it would be cheaper at Grasse.

This is not really a museum, but rather a lovely little perfume shop. The shop itself is quite elegant and as for the perfumes - well, let's say they are an acquired taste.

The second floor has some small exhibits on perfume. Not much in English. And the enjoyment of my visit was greatly impeded by the presence of a large tour group passing through that did not understand the concept of sharing the space with others. There...More

I'm not into scent or the whole marketing around it but this was a surprisingly interesting experience. Starts with a test to see cab you identify fragrances then a guided tour of the history of the perfume story, which was more interesting than I expected...More

It was extremly crowded and very small museum. I think that it is too small to call as museum. It it more like a shop with a small exhibition about scent production! However, they have nice and affordable perfumes.

I thought it might be fun to visit the Fragonard Perfume Museum after we saw L'Opera. We didn't take a tour, but had free entry with the Paris Pass. It was period-perfect and very interesting. Afterwards I visited the store and was pleased that there...More

Tour wasn't really very interesting. Mostly just a way to get potential customers to come in the shop. If you're really into perfume then maybe worth a visit.

I love perfume so this is "THE" shop for me. You'll learn a lot about how pfume is made and the ingredients and on top of that you'll get to see old pfume bottles/containers ..... won't take you more than an hour here so go...More
