We read the found the information about this at the Tourist Information Bureau, read the reviews, struggled as others had done to find the locations. After much walking around in circles, found the museum. And it was ....... CLOSED and moving to a new location....More

Once we finally found this museum it was well lay out and informative. Definitely recommend this if you are interested in the Second World War.

Extremely difficult to find. Given the heroic efforts of the French during WW2 this museum is disappointing. Two rooms, one about General Leclerc and the other about another resistance fighter. First of all, it's incredibly difficult to find. It's sort of attached above and behind the Montparnasse train station. It's also centered on French WWII efforts, as you might expect. There's less about the allies (just in case that's what you're looking for).

Museums are in the gardens- Jardin Atlantique- very hard to find/best asked people/ .Open every day from 10am to 6pm except Mondays,free of charge.These two museums explain and trace the history of three holders of the honorary order of Liberation...Interesting
