What an impressive place. If you're into your art modern, sculpture, abstract, this is a place for you. Pretty much three full floors of interesting and emotive art. The building is something quite special to look at too. The only reason this is not a...More

We found a side door, which you use if you only want to go to the rooftop restaurant. So no waiting in line. And once up, there was a ticket booth there and access to the museum.

Great expo, interesting path through Cesar artistic life and experiences. Went w/ my kids 7 & 9 and they loved it, seen compressed cars on walls, that’s not common!

There's so much to see here, too much really for one visit. Very well curated throughout, even the shops. 28 euro for two adults, kids under 18 free. Seemed like very good value. Pretty much full as soon as it opened on Saturday morning, so...More

As many have said, the Pompidou Centre can be confusing. 1/ have a museum pass - then you can go to the front of the security line to be checked through. 2/ we were confused by the terms "gallery" and "musee". Musee means the permanent...More

Thank you. Indeed, sometimes it's hard to understand the difference between « musée » and « gallery ». We are glad that you enjoyed your visit!

To be honest i knew before we went that my two young children wouldn’t be impressed by the art and I was right. We went for the experience particularly the building itself but wouldn’t go again. Kids under 18 are free with paying adults which...More

Pompidou is one of the must-see museums in Paris unless you are not interested in art at all. It was a nice surprise to find out that the museum was working on the 25th of December while almost all other famous attractions were closed. There...More

If you don't like contemporary art, you should definitely avoid this. If you do like contemporary art, prepare for a strange visit. Apart from strange but iconic works of art such as Marcel Duchamp's Fountain (an urinal) tit also houses some of the great modern...More

My family loved the Centre Pompideau - it is so unique and has something that everyone will love. So pleased it was part of the Paris Museum Pass, because we otherwise may not have entered. The modern art is still something my son remembers, and...More

I was fortunate to visit the Pompidou recently to see the Andre Derain & Cesar exhibitions. Both were wonderfully curated. The Cesar retrospective was mind boggling; I was unfamiliar with the extent of his work and the variety of mediums with which he worked. I...More
