Staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English. Got a free upgrade with terrace which was very nice. Dinner in restaurant was very good as was the included breakfast. Great location. I'd definitely come again.

First of all, the map shown by trip advisor is incorrect. This is not the location of Grands Boulevard near the Palais. The metro stop of the same name is on Boulevard Montmarte which leads right into Boulevard Haussmann. This is a very vibrant area,...More

It seems to be a good area to stay at. Many stores, places to eat, and... hotels! Besides that, it's a charming area, but can be full of tourists at times.

The Grands Boulevards area is located around the Metro station of the same name. It is a very lively, vibrant area. This part of Paris is full of small theatres and cinemas, as well as many sidewalk cafés and restaurants. What attracts tourists and locals...More

Les Grands Boulevards is what can be compared as New York's Broadway or London's West End, but much smaller. There're indeed many theatres in this area but most of them are small! There're also many nice restaurants and shops!

Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle
époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades,

modern day workers continue to take advantage of the
legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th
century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and
cinemas sit side by side with French bistros
