I would tell people that I'm a somewhat "cynical" person. Paris and its bridges, especially this one, completely melted that facade down and brought out the romantic in me! Just walking the streets of Paris affords one the opportunity to breath the magic in the air. The best things in life really are free.

As far as bridges go this is the pinnacle! It is just a gorgeous sight from the banks of the siene and when on the bridge the little details really make it. If you have kids there is a great little playground close by on the Eiffel Tower side near the river with a climbing wall

This is a gorgeous area -- especially on a rainy day with overcast clouds bringing out the strong contrasts from the bridge and water. Great area to walk around.

I really wanted to see this Bridge while in Paris and it did not disappoint! The embellishments and statues on it where huge and beautiful. You could see the Eiffel Tower from the side and there were restaurants underneath!

Whether you go directly to it and walk through it or even if you see it while you are on the top of the boat cruising through Seine River, you will fall in love with the most lovely bridge in Paris with the wonderful architecture & statues in it.

a group of us strolled from the Champs de Mars at night, after seeing the Eiffel Tower light up- after dinner. This bridge is a beautiful, romantic, photogenic destination from which to see Paris. Highly recommend in the evening hours.

This is one of the most beautiful bridges I have ever seen. The bridge is architecture at its best, mind blowing. We walked over it a few times and got some great pictures. There were also camera crews there with models carrying out some camera shoots, that was great to see. Warning: On our first day there, we were approached... More

Yes it is most luxurious of all bridges in Paris, but if you get underneath it on the northern side you will see clothes and stuff belonging to hobos that use it as a free lodging. There is also strong smell of piss in that area.
