I had a really great bike tour with Antoine last week! It was a truly fabulous way to see the city and our fabulous guide provided fantastic history and local knowledge, with a real sense of fun and respect! He was very patient and friendly with my limited (probably terrible!) bike riding abilities and went at a very decent pace.... More

A great way to see the hidden parts of Paris that you would never discover on your own! Kevin was an extremely knowledgeable historian that educated us about the history of Paris throughout our tour. He was very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed it despite the rain and made it fun! We were given ponchos to keep us dry throughout... More

Took this tour in January. The bikes were in great condition and the tour guide very friendly. We liked the additional photos the guide had when giving talks. It would have been good to all go for lunch in the same venue and more recommendations on where to go next as the tour finished at 2.30

We did the Best of Paris Bike Tour on Jan. 7th, 2017 with our tour guide Jean-Baptiste. It was a great experience to explore Paris by bike. We rode to the main attractions and Jean-Baptiste was explaining the history as well as facts and information in a humorous manner and in perfect English. It was a pleasure listening to him.... This is the perfect way to see Paris especially if you're only there for a short visit. We got to experience so many places including the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and Notre-Dame Cathedral, to name but a few! Our tour guide Leila was absolutely delightful with a great sense of humour!! She shared her knowledge of Paris with us in... More

This was a great way to see some of the area around the centre of Paris, including the Pantheon, St Sulpice church, Le Marais, and many other interesting things. We learned some history, saw street art, rode leisurely through the streets and stopped frequently for discussions. We went into the St Sulpice church which was wonderful, very atmospheric with the... More

Fantastic snapshot of the highlights. Our guide, Leila, was very knowledgable , spoke excellent English and had a great sense of humour - a recipe for a great time spent by all in our family group of 6.

This was my third visit to Paris so I wanted to see something other than the usual top 5. The "off the beaten track" tour was great for that. Kevin was our guide and answered questions fully. They have warm clothing available and we needed them on a chilly January day. We had a group of 8 which was easily... More

Kevin was so nice. He explain every landmarks in easy way, so we can totally understand his saying even English is second language to us. But we are not familiar to ride a bike in the road, so we felt scarry a little. 자전거 매일같이 타는 사람만 신청하세요. 짧은 시간에 시내를 구경할 수 있어 좋지만 조금 위험해요.

We did the Loire Valley Castle tour which was amazing. Our guide was Antoine. He was knowledgeable, personable and very kind. The castles were beautiful, especially Chenonceau and Amboise. We were given time to eat lunch in the village there in Amboise which was nice and the food was good. I sat in the front seat with Antoine on our... More

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
