Slow .. well very slow service
Drinks so watered down !! Almost a glass of ice instead of a cocktail .. complain about it for a real drink !!
Blamed the kitchen so busy that coeliac couldn’t be accommodated at all ..
too busy … not too busy for vegans though …
Cold food and overpriced food.. very average service and expectations of 15-25 percent tip
Laughable … won’t be going back in a hurry
Try a niche restaurant instead

Found staff quite rude it was very busy and was sat facing the wall and staff banged into me whilst waiting for my desert. Also a member of staff banged into the table to move out of the way for someone else knocking drinks with no apology. Waiting time was shocking I had nearly finished my meal before my partners and sons came out.

Almost everything was closed this sunday, due to the Corona I think.
Hard Rock Cafe was open so we went there four of us.
I am not a particullary good chef in the kitchen. Because of that a visit in a restaurant should offer better meal than the one I can make on my own, in my opinion anyway.
I choosed salmon with mased patatoes and vegtebals. The salmon was very dry and very overcooked. The mashed patatoes were cold. The vegtebals was a very large broccoli.
I was not impressed. I often make grilled salmon and it doesn’t have to be very dry and very overcooked. I think the mashed patatoes were made in advance and heated up in a microwave. I didn’t taste the huge broccoli but I would have preferred some aspargues and small carrots or a salad.
I could make this meal better my self. Not much has happend here for the last 25 years.
The servants were nice though.

Dear CPHCharlottenlund
Thank You for sharing your feedback. We do regret that you did not have an amplified moment with us. Unfortunately , as you mentioned, a lot of things were closed due to COVID19 & HRC Paris just re opened on 10th. Have you been able to see a manager and share your feedback when you get your courses ? Because we would have prepare another meal for you.
We will share this feedback as not representative at all.
Have a great day

We were driven by the presence of a gluten-free Manu and with the opportunity to eat some meat.
But I must say that the prices and quality are not in line.
Disappoints the children's food, left half on the port and tasting it I understood why (dried hamburger meat with little flavor, that of greasy chicken and taste so-so) and the cost of a beer that exceeds 14 euros.
Summarizing the price, 117 euros for two children's menus from 13 euros / each, a meat (400g) at about 40 euros, a plate of fanitas chicken about 26 euros, 1 large beer and two waters.
So no, I don't think that with this price we will experience other dishes of this chain.
Ah..On the service, super nice waiter, but to think badly it seems that they do it for personal gain since the march is proposed on a percentage basis of the total bill.

Lunch at the HRC in Paris, after the visit to the beautiful Grevin museum (which is only 50 meters away on foot).
Easy to reach by metro (GRANDS BOULEVARDS stop – line 8/9).
Very nice place, full of rock memorabilia, guitars and so on, quite large.
Shopping corner with a large variety of items (clothing and otherwise) to purchase.
Well organized restaurant, very friendly, friendly and helpful staff.
Fairly quick service.
High quality of food, as in all the other hard rocks that I have had the honor of visiting.
We ate very well, everything was perfect.
Prices well above average (everything above 20 euros).
An experience, however, worth doing if you are on holiday in Paris.

45 minute wait for a table Monday night. Directed to wait in a bar that was closed. Toilets disgusting until I informed the manager, whose response was to swear. No chicken available. Legendary burger turned out okay, but chips disappointing . No spoon or sugar with Baileys coffee. Over-priced. Noisy.

Wherever I go internationally, I try to visit the Hard Rock Café and it is always good. I had a new menu item which was three slides but Cuban-style with a pickle and shredded pork atop the burger. They were out of Swiss cheese that day and I said Jack cheese was fine, and it was. I accompanied my lunch-time sliders with a nice red wine. A great experience, close to the Paris Metro, easy to find, and of course, another great Hard Rock experience.

Disappointing.
Delay with our starter and the waiter said he’d lost our order. Starter then came and before we were finished the waiter asked if he could bring our main course. No thanks!
Finished our starter and the main then came immediately. We sent it back. Far too quick - there should be at least a 10-15 min break between courses.
When it came back it clearly was a re-heat. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

We have just eaten here as it is one of our favorite places to eat and had a wonderful time. The staff were all very friendly, all spoke good English, lol, which is hard to find in Paris, this HRC is alot nicer than the one in surfers paradise with everything newer, and alot more memorabilia up on the walls.reading a previous review, I found it also cheaper here than Australia

We had such a great experience at the Hard Rock Cafe the staff are so friendly and the portion sizes are massive! We had Homeboy as our waiter and we went in both nights we could as the restaurant is next door to our hotel and he looked after us so well both nights.
Unfortunately they are undergoing big renovation works so half the restaurant is closed so it’s very small right now but once finished I’m sure will look amazing!

whats the best airport to fly to when visiting hard rock paris
Written 15 September 2017
You can go to any Parisian airport really: the main ones are Orly and Charles de Gaulle. Orly is the most central but CDG is better served in terms of transport

Dear Nicky,
First of all, I thank you for your interest in Hard Rock Paris. We are 22 min from the Eiffel Tower by Metro transportation (RER Line C, then Line 8 stop at Grands Boulevards). If you prefer to walk, the balad will take you 1 hour.
Hope to welcome you soon and enjoy your stay in the most beautiful city in the world!
