If you enjoy underwater live and are not looking for the biggest, the most dangerous or he most colourful fishes in the world you are in the right place. There is a lot to be seen and the descriptions are well made. With an entry price of around 7€ it's absolutely worth its money.

We came to visit the building mainly, but did enjoy the aquarium a lot. The incredibly coloured shrimp at the entry where the highlight for me

We have visited some pretty cool and big aquariums so this one doesn't compare much. However if you have an hour to kill, on a rainy day for example, or/and if you want to show your kids something nice, it's a pleasant enough and relaxing visit for only 7 euros. Nothing exceptional, just a some exotic fish, a few stingrays,... More

We bought the combo ticket at Porte Doree that including the Immigration History Museum and the Aquarium. My son was a little bored in the Immigration museum but we were all impressed with the aquarium. The tanks at this aquarium are so well maintained with lovely plants and so clean. The fish are colorful and look healthy. They did have... More

I have visited the aquarium at the Val d'Europe twice and I thought it was nice ..have heard many times in the past about the Porte Doree aquarium but always thought that it would be too small and not meeting up with expectations...Obviously, I was so wrong...Got there last week and was completely blown away...Spacious, located near the Parc Zoologique... I have a longer review in the palais de la Porte doree site however quickly I did enjoy this, excepting just a few of the tanks were too smal for some of the larger fish and eels in particular. Otherwise, nicely set out, didn't need French to enjoy and beautiful colourful fish

The outside architecture is outstanding! The building itself is. It's well organized, cheap, and has a lot of varierty of fish and reptiles. There's also a small museam upstairs and a large wall-painted salle which you can access with the same aquarium ticket. Don't forget to have a picture with the shark hanging out of the wall;-) Highly recommended

Way cheaper than cineaqua. Kids loved it. Quiet. Description only in french but that doesnt make visit less pleasant.

Nice surprice! The exotic aquarium has interesting species and beautiful aquaries. Also cheap, and definately good value for money. The setting in the Palace of Porte Doree is amazing. We and our kids (14, 17, 20) all enjoyed it.

I went as a student there, so I didn't give a lot of money for entrance. A small aquarium with lots of fish to see..
