    A true gem
This is a truly incredible church. A glorious mixture of old and new: some of the stained-glass windows are stylishly contemporary, whereas others are older. It has a lovely cosy feel despite being quite big. I was lucky enough to have some time on the great organ (with permission), which was absolutely fabulous.

Undoubtedly worth visiting if you are in the Latin Quarter
The church was constructed in the 13th century and then rebuilt in the 15th and the 17th. The church is really interesting and has special spirit of past centuries. It also has truly beautiful stained glass windows. Many of them are dated in the 15th century. Some of them are new. But all of them are more then impressive!! Don’t miss the church if you are walking in the Latin Quarter!!

    Church in the Latin quarter
Medieval church in the Latin Quarter of Paris. The gargoyles on the exterior are fun to see. Inside, Gothic architecture abounds. The church hosts concerts (sometimes free) so it's possible you may stumble into one during your visit.

Beautiful church. Free entry. Nice to site and relax for a while. Was not busy at all.
You can get candles and pay with card. 1 to 2 euros. It was beautiful inside. Peaceful and energizing.

I wasn't able to go inside when I went, but the outside is important - you can see gargoyles up close!

One of my 2 favorite churches in Paris. And no, the other one is not Notre Dame. I like modern vitrages in the church, but also the old one. The atmosphere is really pleasant. A hidden gem in the centre of Paris.

A less visited place than many of the better known churches, but certainly worth a look if you are in the area. Lovely Gothic arches and stained glass windows on the inside.

Eglise Saint Severin ( Church Of Saint Severin ) is a beautiful Roman Catholic Church in the 5th Arrondissement ( Latin Quarter ) .
The church dates from 1230 and although destroyed by fire it was rebuilt and enlarged in the 15th century and also the 17th century ,the church is a great looking church and a perfect example of the Gothic style architecture,I love the look of this church ,the big windows are amazing features of the facade ,a great looking bell tower ,it's just a wonderful church ,one of the most historic in the Left Bank ,entry is free into this church ,all in all it's a great church to check out if you're in the area and easy to locate along Rue Des Pretres St Severin.
