The cooking class was one of the highlights of my trip. I enrolled in the 6-hour Art of Cooking Like Chef course. The demonstration was thorough and the workshop a great opportunity to practice new skills. The menu for the session was delicious. Chef Guyon was very informative and patient with all students. I could tell that he really loves... More

It was a nice workshop. We tried variery of chocolate receipes. You don't need any experience to participate it. The chef was nice and explained everything clearly. No need to bring anything, We got all the equipment and products. It last 4,5 hours, at the end we took all products with us, it was a lot!!!

There are 2 options to visit Le Cordon Bleu Paris: 1) Sign up for a cooking master class 2) Sign up for a cooking school! I was on option Nr1 and even I didn't get to real work of chopping veggies or holding a pan, but... I was present at the macarons cooking showcase and it was great experience, plus... More

The bf announced that he wanted to learn to make chocolate eclairs while we were in Paris. Uh, okay. So I did a google search and found a chocolate eclair course from the Cordon Bleu (!!) and we signed up. It was SO much fun. The chef was French and spoke French, but his translator/assistant repeated everything for us Anglophones;... More

I booked a food and wine pairing short course for the first night in Paris on a girl's trip. When we arrived, we were told to wait outside. We stood there with another couple until Karrine Carroy came out and told us the class was cancelled due to another event and an email was sent weeks ago. No email was... More

I highly recommend the short courses at the Cordon Bleu in Paris. Everything from the welcome to the chef, translator, assistants, ingredients, tools, demonstration and instruction were top quality. I took the Viennoiseries class with Chef Somoza, who was excellent at teaching us to make croissants, pains au chocolat, and various types of brioches. The six hour class flew by,... More

We did a half-day private class for our party of 7 with Chef Bertrand and prepared seven perfect lemon raspberry tarts. This was definitely one of the highlights of our two weeks in France! My sister and I booking on the 'Secrets of the Macaroon' half day class with chef Daniel Walter and we enjoyed every last minute of it.
