An amazing place that takes your breath away with the architecture. Brilliant. It is advisable to take the venicular railway to get there from the town.

Had a brief visit to Sacre Coeur today - glistening in the Parisian sunlight, although it was a cold day. Beautiful.

As usual beautiful church. Went early to miss the crowds. Pity about the beggars etc Although there is a cable car you can do a slow leisurely pace. Nice view from bottom. Great photo opportunities.

The views of Paris from the top are breathtakingly fabulous! Well worth the walk up all the steps! A beautiful piece of architecture. You must go to the top of the tower to get the best views!

Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and
styles which changes from one street to another. Ride
the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the

Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The
church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano
bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers
thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy

The metro tickets are valid for 2 hours from first activation, so your train ticket to Anvers will probably get you up the funicular, maybe down too.

It is free to get in. Six euros to go up the tower. If you wish to light a candle the suggested amount is three euros.
