This is the final resting place of Napoleon and some other important folks from the French Empire. Even in death Napoleon is on display in a grand tomb. The dome is spectacular, make sure you look up when you visit!

Beautiful building where Napoleon rests. The elaborate architecture, building, art and his tomb are gorgeous. If you love history and want to see a historic place, please visit his tomb and pay your respect to Emperor Napoleon.

One of the 12 things in Paris we felt we had to see before coming. While Napoleon's tomb was certainly a draw, I personally feel the church is one of the prettiest and most beautiful interior/exterior combinations. The scale and detail makes this a Must...More

You have to go out and around to the entrance in front. Well worth the walk though. There is also a nice snack bar and gift shop on the way around. Hope you enjoy the trip.
