Fabulous Art Deco grand staircase and building

Fabulous renovated art deco grand staircase and equally wonderful exterior to this building.
No interest in shopping so can't comment on it at a department store.

went up to the terrace only to find out it's shut

waited for ages for the lift to get up to the terrace, just to be told by a rather rude staff that the bar/restaurant are shut... worth a one-star review.. should have indicated that before they let people up...

Worth a stroll and a visit.
A bit disappointing as I didn’t find it to be as amazing or fancy as Galleries Lafayette.

It still is a landmark and for shoppers this is a must stop.

Five stars for the building

The thought of shopping on any holiday I take sends a cold shiver down my spine ,it's not for me ,my idea of a holiday is fun and the words shopping and fun do not collate ,it's an evil necessary ,something mundane and bothersome ,that's my opinion but I must say I was impressed with Printemps ,not as a major retail mall but as a great looking building.
This is a landmark building in the Quartier De L'Opera,constructed in 1865 and expanded in 1874 ,designed from plans from architect's Jules & Paul Sedille ,it's a widely popular retail mall and is well worth checking out if you enjoy shopping in a foreign land it's just not for me but I give five stars for the beautiful and imposing building that is Printemps which is easy to locate along Boulevard Haussmann.

Professional scam

I ordered a chair from this Made in Design/Printemps and now it has been nearly 1.5 months and the item is still not dispatched. Made In Design said they have no updates because their supplier cannot provide a delivery date.

I spoke with their supplier directly at Moustache and they said they do not do business with Printemps/Made In Design, so the item I ordered through them don't exist. They said it is best to cancel my order with Made In Design and order directly with them.

I wish I had read the reviews before making the purchase. Regrettably I have opened case against this company on PayPal and my credit card provider.

This company is a very sophisticated scam...

Email bounced back

Further to my previous reviews, they asked me to email them to find a solution to my concern. Unfortunately I sent several emails to elalande@printemps.fr but never received any reply. Solenn later asked me to email to smandenglikeng@printemps.fr and promised she would answer my email (See previous review). I sent an email to this address but it bounced back. At this point, I have to give up on this company. Too much time wasted. This is horrible customer service.

Definitely worth a long lunch

Okay, this was so much better than expected. Not only great shopping but great views of Paris. A delightful champagne bar. Great eateries and a delightful restaurant on the 9th floor of the ‘male’ shop. Didn’t Ventura into the ‘female’ shop but I’m sure it was as delightful

What a Department Store

Unbelievable department store, Just huge and a bit overwhelming. However the customer service I experienced was very good. The store clerks were very nice and helpful. They all spoke English which was helpful. I purchased an item from Burberry and then went to another floor to obtain the VAT tax document. The VAT tax staff were a bit stressed but friendly. I did manage to get the person who assisted me with my VAT tax to smile as I imagine it is a busy place and can possibly be a bit monotonous. This is definitely worth a visit.

What a place!!

It's a huge mall in Paris. It has only exclusive brands and shopping here is an experience itself. I bought CHANEL perfume and lipstick and the service was amazing. They do speak in English and felt very good.

I liked the windows of Printemps for Christmas and I enjoyed strolling it inside. However, compare to the Galeries Lafayette it’s not so chic and luxurious and impresses less.
