If you believe that this show is a true self-derision spectacle, you will be deluded. Clichés about parisian people are outdated. M. Giraud wince all the time verging on the grotesque. As if that was not enough, he choose 2 times in the audience to try to imitate his bad performance. And as we were stupid people, he ended the... More

There are lots of funny parts to this show and the performer is rather talented and gets the crowd involved, however, it is definitely safe to say that there are large portions that are highly inappropriate for young teenagers or individuals of faith. This is not a family oriented activity! That being said, he is excellent at his craft. If... More

Two of us attended the show and we had a great time. The show was really entertaining and just the right length. Olivier even includes the audience in his show in a very entertaining way. By all means go to this show! We will seevthis again each time we visit Paris, at least once a year!

I expected more, i wasn't amused with the show. Wouldn't recommend it, intentions were good but poorly executed.

This show is a lot of fun to go and see and has a bonus being in English. The comedian's expressions and role playing are excellent, giving a satirical view of Parisians in contrast to other nationalities. There are plenty of laughs and chances for audience participation, Recommended for tourists in Paris. There are plenty of restaurants near the theatre,... More

I went there twice in 2014 and 2016. Entirely in English, Olivier provides a light and wit humour, accessible to a broad audience. Even the staff was surprisingly super friendly, and Olivier was even greeting us personally at the end. I had such a great time and would not hesitate to attend his comedy once again.

A friend and I went to see this because it was recommended by a friend. Apparently the show is successful - so he told us. The reviews on here seem to say similar but we were both soooo surprised that this is the case! There are a few funny parts but generally we found it quite standard, exploiting the shock... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
