There were no glitches and all ran smoothly. In the past with other companies the driver did not arrive or came late. This company is a jewel. So professional!

I used Naveco to go from Charles de Gaulle’s airport to our hotel in Paris. The driver was on time, courteous and the service was affordable (99 euros for a van service for our group of 4 et 89 euros to return as you get a discount on the return). I will use them again for sure and recommended them to friends.

Nightmare introduction to Paris. Driver was belligerent. Had the nerve to yell at me in the airport because he had to wait two hours for me to clear immigration. A situation which was not pleasant for any of the hundred of people who had to go through it it certainly not our fault. I didn’t even check any luggage so got to him as soon as was humanly possible. When I then asked him if I could include a fellow traveler in the private car I had rented for $96.28 a fare that by taxi is $58.00 and can be shared by any number of passengers. He said no! By this time I was very upset and uncomfortable with the man and I told my friend if she couldn’t come with me there was no way I was getting in the car with him. ( over 60 woman traveling alone). He finally consented and when we got to our hotel charged me an additional $80.00. So fellow travelers a $176.00 fare for a $58.00 taxi drive and got yelled at and made to fell very uncomfortable. Take a taxi!!!!!

After verification, we would like to provide you with this information:
Mytaptapp is a people transportation service. We only work with professional, courteous and experienced drivers. You may have noticed that, your driver waited for you for more than two hours and our services remained in telephone contact with you throughout the duration.
We make transfers to and from Paris airports daily and we make it a point of honor that the satisfaction of our customers is constantly guaranteed.
You have reserved, via Tripadvisor/Viator, a private car with driver, valid for one passenger, departing from CDG airport. We thank you.
After checking with the driver, he confirmed that you came to him with a second passenger. This naturally changes the price of the transfer. You have also, on your own, offered to pay for the second unplanned passenger. What the driver accepted.
Your reservation was valid and was made for a single passenger. The price you originally paid to Tripadvisor/Viator was only valid for one person in the vehicle.
To add other passengers, especially when you go to the same place, in the same hotel, as was the case for you with your friend, you simply have to modify your reservation and add the number of people you want.
You also had the possibility to send us an e-mail or call us and we would have modified your reservation with pleasure.
We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience, but you should know that it’s completely normal for the driver to ask you to comply with the reservation you have made. Each additional passenger you add to the vehicle changes automatically the transfer price.
