To pricy, worn down, ok things to see
Price and quality doesn’t match.

The place is a bit worn down and 88 EUR for a family of 4 is a bit much compared to the time spent there and the selection to watch

The kids had a great time and we did see interesting and fun sea animals, but 0 visible staff anywhere to ask about anything or to tell us something interesting and most signs are in french language only

We would not come back again

Uneven but somewhat very interesting

This is a packed place during vacations and admittance seems to me alittle too expensive.
Very nice aquarium with so many various species and a special mention for the very large sharks pool where you can watch the squales from an unusual angle, when they are swimming above your head.
Also many small aquarium full with plenty a tiny bright and colored coral reefs fishes, but a little boring as the scenography could be improved. Also works on progress that are not the best for a visit
About the attending staff some are very nice , some are almost impolite and unattending.

Located directly opposite the Eiffel Tower, great location for an aquarium in the middle of a historic city.

Do note that the front door of the aquarium is currently under construction and is very hard to spot. The aquarium itself is very small and not alot of attractions inside, for 21Euro i don't think it's quite worth it.

Good for kids though.

Interesting, sometimes amazing, sometimes boring, poor assistance

In Winter time you can buy a pass for the aquarium visit combined with access to the ice skating ring.
Staff welcome is average plus to mention a flag about the lift access for kids trolley with more details further.
The scenery is diversified , interesting and also amazing. You will enjoy the masterpiece basin with sharks of many species. Also sting rays, octopus, crabs and lobsters - this is not the restaurant menu - , the thrill of big moray eels and so on.
In smaller tanks you will enjoy tiny tropical fishes with galore of color and shapes.
Don't miss the large, small or tiny jelly fishes , although sometimes those small basins are somewhat all the same in a long row.
For the kids .... and the grown up very good experience to touch the big red fishes that are not shy and come and kiss your hands, no worry here is fun and no danger.
The very bad mark for such a place is that when you reach the lower level with a baby in a trolley the lift at the lower level does not work and there are no notice nor sign nor warning about this before you get there. When you call for help the agent on duty is of no help, is just able to tell you that you need to climb maybe 40 steps with a baby and the trolley to reach the level where the lift is working and is not clear at all in his way of talking nor his lack and elusive explanations.
When you complain about it at the welcome desk - welcome really? - thy really don't care to be polite and are not aware of anything.
This is not agreeable in such a touristic place.

Large aquarium full of different fish, very large shark tank with other fish
Feb 2020 • Family
Price for entry was a little expensive think it was around €20 each. It was very good plenty of fish to see in different tanks although the lighting in here is quite dark to maximise your viewing of the fish.

There is a massive tank full of different varieties of fish including a number of sharks including 2 hammerheads which was cool to see.

It was very warm and humid though so be prepared for this especially if you are coming during the summer months.

Overpriced, overcrowded, underwhelming

I love aquariums, and I've been to quite a few - Genoa, Monterey, Hunstanton, London and others - and enjoyed them all. The Molang collaboration sounded cool too. I really expected my family to enjoy it.

However it was a dismal experience - the exhibits themselves are OK, nothing amazing, but quite a few were empty. The whole place was absolutely rammed and it was very hard to even see into the tanks. The children's area is also pretty barren, just some hard floors and tables, and we got pushed out of it by one of the staff as she had a group of kids that she was showing some crabs. Also given its popularity for young families it is pretty terribly laid out with lots of stairs to the entrance, miniscule lifts and

We visited the Aquarium a very cold day, we found it as a paradise because it was warm and pleasant to walk. We saw many many different kinds of fish and sea snakes and other sea creatures very exciting things for children. We loved also the souvenir machine at the of the tour where you put two coins one of 1 euro and 1 of 5 cents of euro and using the machine you turn the one coin of 5 cents to a lovely oval shape metal souvenir

Super basic, but not really its fault, isn't it?
Nov 2019
Let's be real: in a city so full of museums, monuments and historical places like Paris an aquarium is a priority. That's not to say the place is in bad shape or anything but rather that it's really basic and, outside of the jellyfish exhibition it doesn't have too much to brag about.

Spontaneous adventure
Highly recommend!
My Son loves aquariums and while having lunch at the Fabulous Trocedero cafe we saw the Aquarium and decided on the spot to.check it out.

Well worth it!

Inexpensive way to spend the afternoon.
The aquarium is awesome. Clean well cared for animals in fabulous tanks. Some hands on stuff too. Some of the tanks are large enough that they scuba in.
There is a bar and gift shop and I think a cafe too.
