Simply irrespective of the location required in Paris there is a fixed price to any destination in Paris . No extras and on both occasions a very pleasant driver . Return trip exactly the same , fixed price from any Parisienne location to CDG airport . Do NOT go for the seemingly cheaper sharing option .

1. We booked a chauffeured pick up and drop off for about US $200 from Trip Advisor, Paris Airports Roundtrip Transfer with Comfort cars. This I thought was excellent value. Chauffeur greets passengers near baggage claim with a sign. Cars are clean and comfortable and the drivers punctual and polite. But you need to pull your own cart.

Due to the strike we opted for private transfer from CDG to our apt in Paris. The driver was waiting as soon as we exited custom and baggage claim with our name on a sign. Then we walked a short distance to the car and he got us promptly to our destination in Paris city. Would definitely use them again and recommend using them. Even added a nice touch with two water bottles for us.

I was shopping for a black car service from Charles De Gaulle to Paris center and Blacklane caught my eye. They have a well put together website and it all appears to be well thought out, except when in comes to little details like your flight arrival time and pick-up conditions.
Expectation for a service like this is simple. You pick your car, you tell them your flight # and then they pick you up then drop you off. The service is billed and everyone is happy.
How does that not happen? Apparently pretty easily with Blacklane.
With Blacklane you should expect to pick a car, tell them your flight #, then they are not clear at all about how they monitor for delays. We experienced a typical short delay of two hours and they were nowhere to be found. If you change your pick up time and the flight also changes, they will completely not be there for your flight arrival.
Basically, they can't perform their service effectively but they will still charge you. This is not a professional service so don't waste your money.

Return to airport the driver onty spoke Russian. Driver could not talk to another driver. Other driver at the airport got aggressive and I felt my families safety was a problem. Viator said the drivers would speak english.

We unfortunately booked this company for all of our private rides in Paris and it was a nightmare. The nightmare started when our driver left us at the airport and when we called checking to see where our ride was we were told we had to take a taxi because the driver had just left and already had other patrons. Now mind you we had already paid for this service for 8 people. This company would not send a driver and WOULD NOT refund us. Don’t waste your time or money with this company!!

I arrived in Paris last Sunday. Driver was not there to meet me when I arrived but shortly after I had a call from him to say he was parking. He arrived and took me to hotel as per voucher. On arrival he told me I needed to pay. I said I had already paid on line but he said no he had been asked to get fare from me. After a 27 hr flight I just paid him cash. On checking my bookin I believe I had paid online when booking. Emailed this company who told me driver said he hadn’t picked me up and that he waited 1.5 hours for me. Even though plane had arrived at 6.30 he said he waited til 8.20. He was lying about not picking me up . I have learnt now to take a photo of number plate of car to have evidence of pick up. I have asked for a refund of second amount to no avail.

Hello,
We were waiting for the clients for more than 2 hours and we did not have her cellphone number.
Sha madde another reservation on the other website where she paid cash. She left with the other driver without letting us know. And wants a refund for the booking that was made with other company.
Undfortunetely, we can investigate only transfers booked with us.

We flew into this airport via Ryan Airlines (another story) but once we got there it was REALLY simple to get to the bus transport (right outside the building) and hopped into a bus. It was a VERY smooth ride to the city and the pickup and drop off point was CENTRAL Paris! Right now due to construction the bus lot is right across the street from the Hyatt Paris and a mall. If making a day trip there is a 24 hour pass you can get to save about 20 euro for a couple. Just remember that they leave about 3 hours prior to your flight. It may be helpful to get a bus even earlier as traffic or accidents could delay the bus and therefore delay you to getting your flight on time! It was a GREAT way to save major euro flying into the airport and even with the transportation cost STILL saved a ton. Private car to Paris Center city was more than 5 times the cost.

This service worked great! Driver was prompt and friendly in picking me up at my hotel in Paris. He also provided me with some additional direction for the Eurostar when we arrived at the train station. As a solo traveler with limited experience in international travel, I really appreciated that! Although I used Uber for other things while visiting Paris, I definitely felt most comfortable with this method of transportation for to and from the train station.

First the only bad news, you MUST be in pretty good walking shape.
It's every bit as beautiful and mesmerizing as the guide books and blogs say. The front end is a bit hokey with tourist shops but that's easy to overlook, watching the tide is an experience. Worth the drive from Paris!
