This is a beautiful undeveloped beach about 25 minutes drive from Ajaccio.

It’s a lovely natural bay with crystal clear water with that beautiful aqua marine tone thanks to the white sand. There’s some seaweed build up at the edges but only to be expected with a natural beach.

There’s one restaurant in the beach that also offers a limited number of Matresses and umbrellas for a combined €30

But be warned there’s no mobile signal there and as a result both the restaurant and the sun loungers are cash only. Pizzas in the restaurant are hearty and as a result are enough for 2 assuming no one is a big eater.

Overall well worth a visit

During our long walk, we discovered this beautiful beach, we were able to enjoy the sun and in summer there must be many tourists but in March we were the only ones.

We liked to walk on this beautiful and charming beach early in the morning in order to be almost alone, beautiful vegetation, little habitation, perfect for a nice decompression

Absolutely the best beach in the Ajaccio area, and a well-kept secret. There are two beaches here, little Capo di Feno is to the south, and has a high-end paillotte (beach bar/restaurant), and is starting to get more visitors. There is a neat WWII gun bunker of stone at the south end, with good snorkeling below.

Big Capo di Feno is a longer beach/cove to the north, and has water toys for rent in the north end. The beach is divided by a sign towards the south indicating no life guards are present; south of this sign is clothing optional, and many nude sun bathers. More families stay north of this sign, where there is some topless sunbathing, life guards present, and several inexpensive paillottes with food and drink for children and adults. The paillotte owners maintain/clean the beach and ask that visitors not bring outside food/drink. We often bring a couple bottles of wine and some plastic cups in a discreet cooler bag and take it to the south end, but we always make sure to make some purchases from the paillottes. Summer weekends often have live music/DJs in the evening near he sand volleyball court where there is a small stage. This is a great place to watch the sunset, and good staging area for short hikes. If you take the ridge-crest trail from western Ajaccio budget two hours and have plenty of water, hopefully friends will meet you with a car to drive you back to town.

One of the best beaches that can be reached by car or by hiking from the Parata in Ajaccio along the Sentier des Douaniers.

We hired a Vespa and visited this beach. Beautiful sand and lovely bay, sea was choppy when we visited, big waves so only a few surfers in the water. There are a couple of beach bars, offering drinks and lunch and sun-loungers.
Very unspoilt and not at all touristy.

If you want to enjoy an amazing place, this is a must visit near Ajaccio. The color of the sea... just a dream. The food of the local paillote is great, the people are really cool, you are enjoying your time there from the very first second. A paradise for surfers from the very basic level to the top;

This beach is a 20-minute drive west of Ajaccio. It is quite large and has a few bars and restaurants on it. There are also surfing lessons (allegedly - they were booked up when we tried).

This is very beautiful beach, it was quite wild in october. The beach and the water was very polluted with algae, but the sunset there was magical with so many colours. I absolutelly recommend it to everyone. If you are going there in the evening be sure to bring warm clothes, it can get cold and very windy.
