Second visit at Champagne Ruinart did offer us an excellent and truly professional presentation of Maison Ruinart history and champagne making. Their caves are part of the UNESCO world heritage champagne cellars at Reims and probably best kept. Our guide Annelies is a real talent in her profession and her enthusiasm made the visit immemorabile for us and our friends.... More

My wife and I visited Ruinart in early October 2016 for a tour and had a really incredible experience. We were only familiar with Ruinart by name before our trip, but we signed up for some tours through our local wine distributor and they managed to book us a private tasting and tour of the cellars and after learning a... The tour of Ruinart represents the brand perfectly - top notch. The lady who gave us the tour was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and very welcoming. The limestone caves were a sight in their own right, and the tasting was exceptional. Highly recommend a visit the the Ruinart cellars if you're in the region.

This is the best Champagne House Tour that we have been on and there have been a few. We had a 1 hour tour of the Crayeres in a small group followed by a one hour tasting of non vintage and premier Champagnes. Recent French rules around tastings mean that visitors are limited to 2 glasses of fizz despite us... More

It isn't cheap but you get what you pay for. Extremely interesting tour delivered by the fantastic Alex, who was incredibly knowledgable about the house, the history and the champagne. The tour lasts 2 hours - you have to book, - followed by tasting. It's amazingly beautiful there, the house is stunning and the cellars incredible

Our guide Alex was very good, very informative and friendly. It was so interesting going down into the chalk mines and hearing the history and process of making Ruinart Champagne. The tasting was even better. Loved it!!

We visited here one Saturday morning and were with another couple and a family of 3 so 7 in total. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and could answer any questions we had. Having such a small group meant the tour felt exclusive and intimate. The house is beautiful and cellars incredible. The champagne tasting at the end was of course... More
