Great Visit!

It was fun, good to see the art pieces down at the basement. I was with in house English speak tour guide, sometime I still wonder...what he is telling me. Champagne tasting was... read more

Highly recommend a cave tour at Pommery! Guide was very knowledgeable, caves were very interesting with art installations, and the sampling was delicious. Well worth the cost.

At first a feeling of being in a turist trap. However in the end, it was a must discvover, with an excellent presentation. I really appreciated the guide!

Wow what a building and grounds magnificent. Front desk reception was very friendly. The shop had some good stuff at good prices. The tour it self was the best out of all of them we had seen, the steps down to the cave had a light show very impressive. Once inside the caves OMG so much to see full of... More

Pommery Champagne house has become a part of mass tourism site in 25 years. If you haven't seen any of the champagne houses earlier it is definitely worth a visit. Attracting large masses it's not acceptable that visitors cannot buy anything to eat or drink in this neighborhood, not even a bottle of water. So be prepared. Pommery could sell... More

Our group leader of 8 had made a reservation but it seemed like it was not registrated, not a good start. He was asked to show the mail with the booking but had left his mobile in the car which was parked too far to fetch it. I thought it not very considerate not to look it up yourself being... More

This was a surprise. Lovely cellar. 18 kms of cellars, loaded with 25 million bottles of champagne, but sadly, the tour was only in French. No matter, the modern art was a great distraction and the maze of tunnels captivating. Highly recommended especially as it ended with a glass of Pommery.

Fantastic overall visitors experience, I really enjoyed the tour of the gorgeous cellars, the art installations inside and nice tasting at the end. It's an entertaining visitor experience you really want to enjoy! We came in April, no pre-booking was neccessary. Parking available on site.

We booked a tour of the caves and a champagne tasting in advance on visiting Reims. The tour was in English and the guide was informative and provided an excellent background of the history of the caves and whole champagne making process. You should arrive a little before your tour time and stroll the grounds. They are quite beautiful. We... More

The visit with the guide was very good. The last part of the tour includes 2 glasses of champagne. The first part of the group got 2 different shape of glasses. One for the regular one and one for the vintage one... the other half had to taste vintage champagne in a regular glass. I asked can you give us... More
