Despite booking an English tour the tour guide could hardly speak any English. It was nice to see the old factory but besides that there was nothing really special about this tour. There are much better tours then this one.

What a lovely way to while away a rainy afternoon! Stefi our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed her explanations. We also took the visit up the tower (you can take your time, it isn’t hard) and the tastings were superb. Thank you.

The knowledge and enthusiasm of the guides is great, the museum is very well presented and the trip up the tower is fun, informative and gives great panoramas. This is NOT a working plant though so you can look at the machinery that was working once, the vats that were full once, the disgorging bath that used to.... you get the idea. It's a similar price to working sites but if you are interested in the architecture, the private railway and great views its good.

Very nice visit and tour. Enjoyed all the art and detailed information and stories told. Would recommend to visit this house off the beaten path.

We stopped by to climb the tower. This is a free activity. It was over 200 steps. The views at the top were good. There is a little gift shop at the entrance. It was a fun stop.

Took some friends here again 7 years after previously visiting. The place has been bought by LP and now it’s pretty much a non working museum and the sparkle has gone. The young lady giving the tour did her best considering it was empty.
The mini museum is interesting and just up the stairs but a visit to the tower should be included. The tasting at the end is just one glass and they were selling the Champagne off at a 25% discount.
I think there are better tours to spend your time and money on.

We were there on the opening day after the corona shutdown. A bit quit due to lack of tourists. Also be aware that this is no longer an active plant. They only store bottles here, there is absolutely nobody there but the tourguide.

Guide is great and champagne excellent (and cheap).

This is no longer used for production, so it's kind of sad. Our tour guide tried to illustrate the explanation of how it works, but i think it's not very well done.
The tasting room is not very pleasant. But the champagne is excellent and I love the building exterior architecture.

We had a great tour in the Castellane caves with a guide whose English was very good. However, if you expect to visit the old house as viewed on the website, you will be disappointed. What you will see is how champagne is produced on an industrial scale while still using the old caves for the maturing. All in all a nice experience.

Called in here - great tour, visit to the caves / callers - old establishment winery since 1907 - cheaper tour than some of the other establishments- but just as good and some good offers on with the bubbly

Museum and tower also thrown in

Would recommend
