Predominately religious artefacts worthwhile seeing despite renovation work going on there. Variety of exhibits paintings, carved stone and wooden objects. Also objects used in religious ceremonies dating from 12th century. Admire the effort and work which was put into making these artefacts and the building...More

Despite the major renovation, the museum is still worth a visit. The Rogier van der Weyden painting of Philip the Good and the tombs of the Dukes of Burgundy are part of the collective memory. The reopening of the museum will be a good reason...More

The museum is undergoing a significant renovation, but its collection is still impressive and worth a visit. For any medieval buffs, it gives a great tour of the Burgundian Ducs and their art and armor. More than that, you get a peak at the same...More

In this beautiful museum (which is undergoing a massive change for a few years), you can see the tombs of two famous Dukes of Burgundy, and it's worth going there juste for these at least!

The museum is undergoing refurbishment which means it's displays are limited. However, what is open is simply stunning. Well presented and described in three languages, the artifacts are of the highest quality. This is a must see if you're visiting Dijon.

We weren't prepared for the richness and beauty of the art, artifacts and architecture. It's free, so that's good. Well worth an hour or two,

Visited the museum yesterday, and we were pleased to see this piece of history. Even is in reconstruction, and we have to wait until 2019 for the new 64 sales to be opened, it was very nice and educative!

Only giving it 3 stars because on my visit the museum was on renovation. From what I understand there are many more items on the collection but for the moment, they are not on display. Still some good items to be seen.

We enjoyed ourselves. However some reviews place this on the same level of the museums of Paris, I would not think so. However the best part is it's free and you can enjoy at your own pace.

The museum is a nice place to visit to gain an appreciation of the history of the region. There were some interesting artifacts and relics on display. It isn't a huge place which is good as you don't need to allocate to much time to...More
