We came here thinking we would have a good historical perspective about Dijon mustard and learn more about the tradition. Appart from the mustard-making process which was interesting, the visit was much more about promoting the company than anything else. The staff is also kind...More

I highly recommend a 30-minute stop to taste some mustards and buy a few to take home. It makes a great souvenir at an affordable price. We also heard they have a interesting tour but couldn't attend.

This was a last minute addition to our visit to Beaune. You need to reserve for a one hour tour. We just waited in their store for 30 min as we had not reserved in advance. This gave us an opportunity to try a variety...More

This was so much fun, and it was interesting to learn the process. We even got to make a little bit of our own mustard. It wasn't very good, as it did not have time to lose the bitterness from the seed hulls, but doing...More

Visiting a mustard factory has no right to be as interesting as it is. Whilst we didnt do the tour, merely the tasting, the vast array of mustards to taste and the willing and friendly support of the staff made this a really enjoyable hour...More

Took the tour here and it was fascinating. Learned all about mustard, particularly in Burgundy. We even had a chance to make mustard with a mortar and pestle. Definitely worth a visit. Tours have limited numbers and are popular so you need to book ahead.

Contrary to what you may think and believe, the great "mustard city" Dijon - the synonym for "french mustard" - is hardly producing on site any mustard these days. Fallot in Beaune has still the production on board and is more of a genuine brand...More

Hi, We are arriving in Beaune on Friday, 14 April at 12pm. Is there a tour in the afternoon on Friday or Saturday morning? Do we need to book it in advance? If so, how do we book it? How long is the tour? Many thanks!
