The clock tower is very pretty and well conserved. The paint look fresh and the building is impressive. Compared to others, like the one on Rouen, this one has nothing to be ashamed off.

The clock tower is covered in scaffolding from 2020-2022. Nothing to see aside from the inside of the tower. I’d imagine it’s quite beautiful at other times.

It's situated in the Old Town of Auxerre and we walked past it by chance. It's nice to look at and worth visiting only when you're nearby anyway.

Ornate Clock tower and arch, view it from both sides as it is interesting to see both angles. No fee just go and see.

This clock still works and is kept in great condition. Very interesting to see and hear it. Just be around on the hour.

Located in the centre of old Auxerre high atop the hill, this old Clock Tower is built over cobble stone streets below. Don't miss it !

We came off a long flight at CDG and did not want to drive too far. We were so happy that choose here to stay the night.

Auxerre is a beautiful, very walkable town with amazing architecture and a nice river walk.

We went out for an enjoyable stroll the night we arrived and another the next morning before breakfast. Love this town. And the clock tower is lovely.

It is very interesting to see, as I have never seen such a large decorated clock in such a small town, it really does seem historical, fitted in between the old houses and towers. If you are taking a walk around the town, head down this street to see it as well as the amazing old buildins too!

The clock tower is one of many jaw dropping sites in Auxerre. The many timber and stucco building line the clean and friendly streets. The clock tower looks as if it was the inspiration for many Disney settings. Well worth a visit!
