I visited Oceanopolis recently and was pleasantly surprised. They have a lot of rescue animals that they will eventually release and that made me happy. They also are pretty good at trying to educate the public about the stages of feeding in the ocean and...More

Loads to do even on a wet day! Loved the penguins. Similar price to sea life centres but so much bigger you can easily spend a full day here. The cafe was rubbish so take your own picnic!

Good exhibit of Otters, seals and large mixed fish tank. There are much better examples in other cities but this one is reasonable. Good displays with English translations. Nice gift shop with clothing items if you need an extra scarf or two.

Oceanopolis is a must-see in Finistere. Very charming atmosphere, reasonably priced, lots of animals. Especially the atlantic and tropical section were worth visiting again and again. Also great pedagogical approach. Go for it - our kids (and parents) loved it!
