The view is quite good but Brighton Pier is better. Rather a disappointment really. Probably quite fun in rough weather.

Everyone seemed to be walking to ghis part to look at the sea. The Virginia statue is on an outcrop of rock. You get nice views looking back at Biarritz shoreline.

Situated at one end of the beach, you can walk out on the causeway for great views. Not the activity to do when the sea is rough though as you will probably get very wet!

A short walk across bridge to the rocks, a nice view of the coastline and of course the Virgin Mary statue , can get quite crowded at times

Good views and a nice way to take in the scenery for 30 mins. There are also people selling paintings on small wooden surf boards etc, so you can get some holiday Biarritz memorabilia

Sealions are such characters. I would give 5 but always feel a little sad that there are such magnificent creatures in captivity

It is nice to walk across the coast to this point from Biarritz. The rocky landscape with the ocean is interesting. The statue itself is plain but worth a visit for the views and area
