Walk or take a tram and wander around this very pleasant park. A small bird zoo houses some of Strasbourg's storks.

We took a tram to the park and enjoyed the green space .Nice younger children's playground mentions up to 12 years suitability, but my 11 year old felt to old to play in the playground. Small mini zoo which was surprising in a French park!!

A lot of things to do, especially if you are with kids, a lot of playgrounds and even a restaurant in the middle of park

We took a walking tour of the city which included walking around the L'Orangerie. It was lovely. And they have interesting birds and monkeys to see too! It is close to the EU Parliament buildings, so easy to walk around that too.

Great place to spend time with your kids. It has a small zoo and play ground. You can have picnics there but not sure about BBQ. Plenty of car parks but still hard to find one sometimes.

Worth visiting after viewing the European parliamentary buildings especially on a warm dry afternoon. A small zoo in the park, unattended but completely free, adds interest and the cafe/restaurant is in a nice position overlooking lake, fountain and waterfall. Walk back towards Strasbourg centre along...More

Students, families with children, and couples were all found strolling around this beautiful park. Take your time and perhaps pack a picnic.
