Wow, you walk around the corner and there it is, huge , remarkable ,stunning, a masterpiece. The evening light show is a must see, it shows the history of the church in a light show, very well done, not cheesy at all.

It is a very beautiful building with breathtaking views specially the exterior views. The building with a lot of amazing details and i was not surprised when i knew that it took 400 years to finish.

A must see for all, also this houses the astronomical clock. If your before 12, midday you can get to see its movement and a free film about it.

Go early in the day, preferably a weekday to see the cathedral without the crowds. We went several days after starting our explorations of Strasbourg and could spot places we had been when standing on the tower platform.

Beautiful church with amazing design. The windows are beautiful stained glass. The structure still looks all original. Looks great.

We came for a day trip to this beautiful city and made for this cathedral first, it is absolutely stunning, the carvings (inside and out) the windows and the whole feeling of the place was awe!!

Absolutely breath-taking, both inside and out. Missed the Astronomical Clock, but will return to Strasburg to see it. The Light Show on the Cathederal walls at night was spectacular + we returned the following night to enjoy it again

Most of what you will see is inside and a small part is outside with cover for rain and wind. I've not been in December, but my son was and said it's the perfect time to go.
