I love this cathedral. It is awe inspiring! Its so easy to picture yourself here hundreds of years ago and see the surrounding area as it once may have been. I toured within, including the horological clock demonstration and climbed to the top as well....More

A must see when there. Over the top the old organ, and the lunar big animated clock inside, plus the many chapels..inside and outside among best monuments in Strasbourg

This is something that should not be missed on any visit to Strasbourg. The stained class windows are very impressive and the spectacle of the astronomical clock is impressive.

The church is as beautiful as other big gothic ones. Deffinitelly it looks wonderful from down the hill and it keeps reminding about the missing tower. I loved the christmass markets and decorations everywhere - one of the best that I have ever seen!

One of the better looking Cathedrals in Europe - wonderful details, great location, truly amazing laser show detailing the history of it happening at night - do not miss it.

I visited the cathedral in August during the celebrations of 1000th anniversary of its construction start and I was astonished. Stunning, breath-taking place. Unbelievable gothic structure.

The cathedral is breathtaking when you first see it, and is even more impressive inside. Gorgeous, inspiring architecture, stained glass, and artwork.

A visit to Strasbourg would not be complete without a visit to this magnificent gothic cathedral. The stained glass, statuary and astronomical clock are highlights. Well worth an hour or two of your time.

Most of what you will see is inside and a small part is outside with cover for rain and wind. I've not been in December, but my son was and said it's the perfect time to go.
