The outside Gothic architecture is outstanding - massive in size. The inside is somewhat dark and eerie. The astrological clock inside is a big deal as every 15 minutes it goes off with different pieces doing their thing. It’s a depiction of the beginning of...More

Very high and towering architectural structure at the historic city center of Strasbourg. I can’t help but being in awe looking at this very tall and beautiful architectural gothic church similar to the one in Paris. It is a must to see when in Strasbourg.

One of Europe’s Gothic Cathedrals is a must see the clock and architecture is magnificent. The queues can be long but worth a look inside. Take time to look through the building, just stunning

One of Europe's great Gothic cathedrals, parts of it date to the 11th century. Amazing stained glass windows. Try to visit at different times of the day to see how the light changes.

This cathedral is magnificent! The clock was being restored so we didn’t see that, but the rest is well worth the time. No charge to enter. The nativity during the Christmas Markets was one of the best I have ever seen. And the bells!

We were on the Viking Kara and it was part of the included walking tour. We took bus back to ship so I do not believe it would be walkable.
