This huge cathedral, Strasbourg's most famous landmark, is an intimidating example of 13th-century Gothic architecture.

The cathedral is very impressive. I wish I could have had a tour in English of the interior. Not to miss: the astronomical clock. At noon there is a very good descriptive movie with English subtitles. This is followed by the clock striking and demonstrating...More

Huge cathedral in the center of old town. It is a little bit squeezed with the surrounding buildings.

We visited this cathedral when we stayed a night in Strasburg. It's a huge one and a historic monument. Even same evening, I saw a documentary in which Hitlor was walking by this cathedral. So, it was an amazing experience.

Don't miss this Cathedral on a visit to Strasbourg. Beautiful stained glass stolen by the Nazis and returned after the war. A remarkable clock. Interior tributes the Americans who liberated Strasbourg. I wouldn't miss it.

Most of what you will see is inside and a small part is outside with cover for rain and wind. I've not been in December, but my son was and said it's the perfect time to go.
