This part of the Colmar old city is small, but has the power to carry you to the past, with its tiny houses, the river, restaurants and hotels. Seeing this place I was wondering how the life was there centuries ago. It is a good...More

Beautiful setting - we stumbled along the canal where 3 gondolas came up the river with children and Santa. They sang Christmas carols. We enjoyed some Vin Chaud while listening. It was magical.

This corner of Colmar is lovely with beautiful houses, lots of stores and restaurants. At the end of November everything was decorated for Xmas so such a lovely place to be. The covered market shouldn’t be missed.

Hi there I'm sorry I can help you with that one, as we travelled by car. The railway station (La Gare) was right next to our hotel and 10 Mins walk from Little Venice. Hope this helps a little? Cheers David
