In an Irish bar you expect good Guinness, but sadly that is not always the case, Mulligans serve not just good but great Guinness, cosy friendly atmosphere it is well worth calling in for the craic

A proper pub. No hipsters, no poseurs, just good beer and great craic. Good for sports on TV. Ultimately, go for Guinness; the best in Manchester by far.

Anyone moaning about Mulligans on here: Try finding a better place to stopover in the heart of Manchester for the price. You're staying in old Manchester pub, so there are bound to be quirky corners and creative use space. It all adds to the character....More

I don't think so but not 100% sure. They have rooms to stay in upstairs so perhaps they do breakfast but I can't be certain
