Really... just don't bother. My sister bought my mum and I a Wowcher at Christmas to have a 'spa day' with three treatments, I bought her the same voucher so we could book and attend together. Went for a much anticipated spa day today booked many months in advance to find the entire place closed. Took the day off work, felt so frustrated and disappointed.
